Greg Bray brings more than three decades of construction, engineering, and development experience to Vantage Homes, with a career defined by complex projects, exacting standards, and an unwavering commitment to quality.
Since 1986, Greg has led construction and development projects across both residential and commercial markets, with experience encompassing luxury custom homes, resort properties, hospitality, multifamily developments, medical facilities, and large-scale retail. His portfolio includes multimillion-dollar luxury resort and residential developments as well as projects for nationally recognized companies.
With a background in engineering and an MBA, Greg approaches building from both a technical and business perspective. His expertise extends well beyond construction itself, encompassing project development, budgeting and cost control, contract negotiation, scheduling, quality management, and the
coordination of skilled trades and project teams.
Throughout his career, Greg has been actively involved in the building and development industry, serving in leadership roles with prominent construction organizations and contributing to professional standards within the industry. His residential work has earned significant recognition from the Canadian Home
Builders’ Association, including being named Residential Builder of the Year three times in Vancouver, British Columbia, as well as receiving multiple Best House Design awards.
For Greg, building at a higher level begins with seeing the entire project differently: anticipating challenges, recognizing possibilities, and understanding how hundreds of individual decisions ultimately come together to create one extraordinary home.

moving in. That mindset shapes the decisions he makes, the details he notices, and the standard he expects from everyone involved.
Greg and his wife, Deanne, make their home in the Kansas City area. Guided by faith and a deeply held belief in integrity, stewardship, and doing what is right, Greg brings those values to his work and to every relationship he builds.
